poor detail around the louvers
I used a set of the skins on my '69 when I was 18 and even though that was 12 years ago I have noticed that not much seems to have changed as the level of detail around the louvers was different from one side to the next. Pretty annoying considering that for my next car I do not want to use the chrome louvre trim...I emailed Goodamark and their response was:
The GM dies have been destroyed for Camaro quarter panels, so we have
retooled them from original samples. There are other older toolings on
the market that are not very good quality. Our newer tooling is a
better fit, but nothing is ever as good as an OE part.

I have not seen a set of these "newer" ones up close; can anybody chime in here with some first hand experience???
