Thanks JJ ... your Camaro is coming along nicely too!

Finally warmed up here and I got the passenger side knuckle all bolted up and ready to go, still have to check toe and all that too!

So, my rack and pinion bracket came from Paul Horton's and thought I'd go see how it fit .... well 20 degrees change in the mounting plane changed the whole enchilada, not sure I need 20 degrees as I could take some of the angle off the plate.

I put all the dash and the steering wheel in to see how they line up ... hmmm, the angle of the dangle is off, is is too much? Take a look and advise, I looked at the Stielow Bible for reference, gonna need a different column fer sure.

Angle of the dangle is off, hmmmm ...

New bracket set in place fer now.

Drivers side setting there, may be too high!

20 degrees changed the plane alot!

Another view of the clearacnce.

Top down pix looks ok ....

It's looking like an interior of a Camaro!

Change one thing and you have to fix two other things .... that's hot rodding! I know I have to keep the CL of the pinion where is was to keep bump steer to a minimum, is there any thing else I need to check before I change to these mounts?

Thanks for looking ....
