The best advice I can give you is do what everyone likes. meaning neutral colors. don't do what you like. your selling to the masses, not making something for you. thats the number 1 rule in real estate. Curb appeal. plant some shrubs and bushes. you know the stuff women like. gotta make it warm looking. if the wife likes the the husband has no choice.
