I'm a builder/designer work with others on flipping homes.

Keep to lighter tones.





Siding is listed as a Cabot Semi-Solid Stain in Spanish Moss. Garage doors are listed as Sherwin Williams Garden Gate (SW6167) and the trim is listed as Sherwin Willimas Saw Dust (SW6158).

you can use a lighter color - as in the garage green tone to accent the railing cap and or the 2" exposed roof line (where gutters would be) - but not the whole fascia, just a portion of it.

There is a transparent paint that emulates the stain look you can use to get that modeled look.
