Greg, that same thing crossed my mind when we were building it. Though heavy of course, it rolls really easily. We made a simple bracket that mounts to the studs in the wall with a 7/16 stud coming off of it. The table will have a small bracket under the deck with the corresponding hole in it. I'll use a big wing nut to quickly secure it. That'll hold it tight and keep it from pivoting.
