AH HA..... A short story. A buddy orders some stuff from them. One of the major parts was shipped wrong. No problem! They shipped another part right away... except that it was the same exact part that was wrong the first time. No problem! They shipped another... this time it was the right one. They shipped the first two and then the third without any returns being asked for or "figured out". Hmmmm that usually tells me the company isn't very well run. That's SLOPPY. It's WRONG. It's BAD BUSINESS.

The other two "wrong" pieces were never returned because there was never a demand or arrangements made for them to go back. So they sold one part and shipped THREE.....

Consequently --- I never did any business with them because I was certain they'd be OUT OF BUSINESS and I wasn't going to risk my money buying from them. The guy that ordered the parts was an accountant (actually a CFO) and was careful in explaining the first part being wrong and giving the company the exact right part number that he needed - yet they shipped the same wrong part. That has to raise a question about what's going on doesn't it? Taking a month to credit you back -- that's another red flag to me. It's either just sloppy back end - or it's an attempt to manage cash flow.... or maybe both... or whatever. Whatever it IS - it's not the right way to do business.
