Dont even wanna say it lol, it was a blown fuse, the horn fuse to be exact, but i had no idea the horn fuse controlled the dash lights.. this is a universal muscle car harness, oh well, should i install a 4 amp fuse on this wire to protect it? i was not touching anything else till i solved this, now i can move on to wiring the rest of the car
