You didn't say how much sweat equity you are willing to put in. I think mini-tubs are great bang for the buck. They don't cost much, but you have to work hard to get them put in. Trying to keep it simple but update everything. Budget is right under 3G and trying to save some cash for the unexpected. Just want to make sure that these components would be a good fit for the budget.
