What I have been using is a 1/8" block protector between the Gen1 block a 2001 Camaro T56 bellhousing, Mcleod (MCL-8703-01) 1/4" spacer between the bell and the trans. Then shim the clutch actuator/release beaing to get a .050-.100 air gap.



you can buy everything on Ebay.

There was a seller on Ebay that made the 1/4" bell to trans spacer but I havent seen him in years.
