So after doing a bit of research I am leaning towards a 5.3 Vortec with a T56 swap in my 64 El Camino . My question is what a good price would be for a 5.3 motor and whether its worth it to buy one with the wiring harness and everything else or if I should just be looking for a long block ?
This guy buys totaled 99 and newer GM trucks and always has 100-125K mile setups for sale on Craigslist ......
