If you're a do it yourselfer I'd suggest looking at 80's and early 90's BMW's. They've got a nice design that could be easily adapted. If you're looking for a kit, maybe the minitruck or drag sites/vendors would have something specific.
The only tilt front I've ever had was my baja and that "kit" was put together at True Value.
