It doesn't make sense and it is not normal in that application....at least to me.

If the calipers and rotors do not hit any sheetmetal or suspension bits_and_ you can get a wheel to fit, it shouldn't be a problem. The rotor hangs out on my 32 because 3 1/2" backspacing.

In a perfect world the bearings would be centered in the wheel.
