No problem. I was just answering that you yourself posed...LOL

The wiring changes to implement PWM are easy and the benefits are many. I can tell you that with my Cougar, I barely hear the fans in normal driving conditions, while in my GTO the fans are so annoying, cycling ON/OFF at full blast. They make more noise than the exhaust.
