It's an overly complicated 4 link. If you look at the upper bars in the front and rear they are pivoting on essentially a watts link. They do this mostly for packaging. It allows both forward links to package really low, so no floor mods, but you can still get a a decent instant center, although it looks like side view swingarm length would still be pretty short for a PT car.

I spent a bunch of time at PRI looking at this and determined that it is way to many moving parts and way too much compromise in the name of making a bolt in product. I do like the compartively extra low roll center but that makes routing the exhaust under the axle a PITA.
