Yes, It's a scam. If they were a legitimate buyer or had a true interest - they would have provided a telephone number.
I get well over 1000 emails a week. Many are scams like the one you posted. I dont know the angle either, or what benefit they get from receiving a reply to their email, but ignore it.
Don't reply to it. They'll know that your email account is active and will continue to send scams similar to that one.
Add their email address to your junk mail filter.
