68 Mercury Cyclone GT "The Breeze"
Here goes. I've been lurking for a few months and thought it was time to kick off my build thread. My very first car was a Burgundy 1969 Mercury Cyclone with a small block. That was more than 40 years ago and I regretted selling it the day after it was gone. I've had many cool projects since then but always missed my Cyclone. Last year a week before Christmas I was doing some web searches and stumbled upon a '68 that was 5 hours away. It also happened to be Black Cherry which is what Mercury called Burgundy in 1968 and it was a big block car. Even though I didn't have the money or the space I made it happen. Now the saga begins.
