So plans are now to ditch the leaf spring setup and replace with the RideTech four link setup and keep the nine inch rearend. The near future plans for the front is to keep the factory subframe and replace the narrowed tubular A-arms with two inch drop spindles with wilwood brakes. That will be replaced with RideTech front tubular A-arms, Spindle and Tru-Turn steering. Then the plans are to update the brakes. After all that is done and it's back on the ground the big block will be coming out and be replaced with a LS power plant and as far as a transmission goes I'm still thinking about that one. Trying to decide between a 5 or 6 speed or a 6L80E. So anyways enough for now I guess and glad to be back and looking forward to NO set backs this time around. Full steam ahead!

We just put a 71 Nova together with the same menu. Big block and all. Customer loves the way it feels and says it drives like a new car. Smooth and sharp. His words.
We went with a Magnum t-56 from American Powertrain. Shifts smooth and with the Lokar/Goolsby series shifter arm, its very comfortable to row the gears.
