Car Title question
Hello, I would love some help from all of you who have some expertise with car titles. I have been looking at a car that has a "damage disclosed" on the title it lists the dollar amount but is not a salvage title. I'm wondering what that means as I try to title the car in my state? Does that mean its automatically a "salvaged" title ?
