you're too kind. Understood on keeping it water tight- that's why I was thinking of the dum dum to help seal it, as well as any possible exhaust fumes. The recessed flange will likely require shrinking in the top four corners which (at least for me) would be a PITA to do that and maintain the shape of the tunnel. I'd have to resort to cutting and welding them, ha ha
