sounds like the TO bearing is too far away from the clutch teeth....that is how the bearings act when at the end of there throw....put spacers behind the bearing....the bearing is designed to have only 1/2 of premium operational throw(were it works and feels best) the bearing its self should should be about an 1/8th inch (0.125 thousands of an inch) from the clutch fingers
