Incredible car but I am a little missing something how a site dedicated to driven cars honors a car simply for driving? A burnout or two? It is his car and his to do what he see fit. I agree that he is one of the few that even did drive such a high end car but what message is being set when a car simply is driven? For $750k I might expect to know it's performance. A Ferrari Enzo is $500k and has had it's performance proven weather you like the out come or not.
I can't wait to see what that car brings. It has been driven which means it has to have wear showing and the tuck em away guys might not like seing that. The hardcore performance guys I am sure would be all over that with a solid 0-200-0 number. Heck I think BJ probably should be throwing some fee his way as it will draw them in big time. Besides the build I am sure there a a ton of extra fees including repairs that have to be added up to show a break even price. That said I think it will bring the $1 million as it just might be the most known Hemi ride out there and no wait to get it built!!
Good luck with the sale and can't wait to see the next.

Just to reinterate some of what has already been said by Steve R and others.
Did you read this thread??

One, the car stacked up pretty well against the competition at that event,
Two, he DID actually put it on the track, both there and here. Sadly, the output shaft broke on the dragstrip so no autocross the next day. However, it was brought here to run and be beat on.
Three, I followed the car for three days on the Power Tour and watched it run all day long, all speeds and all conditions, including rain and do fine, then go to Indy Goodguys that weekend and do fine there.
Four, it ran the Autocross in Nashville and came in second there.
Five, did I forget to mention it DID win SMOTY?
Six, Chip Foose pick of show at Chip's deal at Year One earlier this year.
This car has been all over the map this year, will be at the Playboy mansion later this month, then at SEMA and who knows where else before it goes to BJ. I am not sure how much more it needs to prove to Bob, and since it is his dime, I doubt he cares what anyone else thinks. Like everyone else, he has been there done that now, and I am sure already planning the next car. Bob has no problem telling you he can ONLY have one million dollar car at the time, however, how many can say that?
One other thing, Cody, he does have the full race deal for the car, and has changed all the windows, etc out more than once. He also has a spare frontend (value 100K) just in case he breaks the c/f front end. So the new owner will not only get the Cuda but will need another trailer for all the spare parts.
I am not sure about the 180 speed but I KNOW it has been 160 (on the interstate)
