Yes, for a 52 year old vehicle, it's surprisingly not bad.

There are some bad spots in the lower rear quarters, but there are patch panels available to repair the damage. The front floors are a bit ripe as well, but will be grafting in the complete cowl from the late model Mustang and replacing floors to get the body down over the chassis anyway.
