Why not just figure out why yours are leaking...

Best gaskets I ever used are EARLS - with an aluminum frame that hold graphite replaceable inserts.

I've also seen headers where I've had to cut the flange because one tube was welded up with stresses in it and it just wouldn't seal. Cut that flange and make it separate and never had another problem with 'em (that was on a buddies Mopar 440 motor).

Do a search for Earls Pressure Master header gaskets (or similar as their are other manufacturers)... Summit Racing sells 'em... and I'm sure there are others.

Also - it might make a difference with the bolts you're using and the torque applied. NEVER torque a steel bolt into an aluminum head DRY !! You'll gall the threads and you won't really get the proper torque on the bolt. I always put Anti-Seize lube on the bolts (and even a dab on spark plug threads). I use PERCY'S VIBE-LOCK bolts because they're easy to use and once locked into place - they stay put. They're expensive - as are the gaskets... but sometimes expensive "isn't" when the stuff WORKS.
