I have one modified that needs to be upholstered. Had to narrow and shorten the back and cut the corners on the bottom to clear the mini tubs. I was able to retain the folding feature. Can't get at it to take any pics but I might have some.
Unless you are trying to match the front seats I am not sure it is worth the effort.
