Sounds good Mike.
St. George is an awesome place, some of the perks living here- it's beautiful here, we're in a valley so although it's a fairly large area it feels more like a small secluded town. Both mountains and red bluffs surround us and there's lots of national parks with beautiful landscape withing a couple hours.
Photos here It's warm from Feb to early December here, is usually in the mid-high 30s during the worst part of "winter" and not too many rainy days.
We also have regular local drag racing by
Blackrock Motorsports on an old airport strip throughout the year and both the Las Vegas and the Salt Lake City SCCA does autocross events here. There are several car shows as well for those that like to park in the grass. Bonneville salt flats is about 4 hours north and Vegas is only about 1.5 hours away for a big NHRA drag strip and monthly autocross events, or for those that like to play the Vegas way.
