I don't know about the home builders but I"m building one right now so I'll let you know! I'm not driving one nail either.
Maybe I should quit my job, buy a trailer to live in, alienate my family, and build it myself. Wait, I don't have a f'n clue. I think I'll stick to what I know and let a pro do his job.
