With a stockish rear suspension and as far as the calipers are concerned Left side in front and right side behind the rear tires. Does not affect the calipers functionality. Shocks stay as they were.

If you tub, you will be relocating shock placement.
op stated he cannot use the LH brakes. I should have asked why?
