Quick update - I got the power steering pump, and the alternator bracket off of the car - this gave me the room to swing the steering rack out of the way.
Now I can get the crank pulley off - and finally replace that leaking front timing cover gasket. I will also spin the motor over to tighten the rocker arms and pushrods down.
Finally some progress!
