My very first engine upgrade project as a teenager was a 4 bolt main 350 I traded for out of a recently wrecked 2nd Gen Camaro that I put in my 1978 Monte Carlo. It spun a rod bearing about 3 weeks later...
I'm pretty sure some damage happened to it during it's accident as well.
