I say 700 on the street is about right for max street use,I drove 632 on the street for 3 yrs,then had a 710 on the street this summer that made just short of 1200hp.
To me 500hp is kinda weak,500hp are common on the street.
1hp = $2.00 thats pretty reasonable,but at this level.$2.25 or 2.50 is most likely where you will be.
