When I got the rear bumper it looked amazing. The fitment not so much... One side of the bumper did not align with the bolt holes in the body and had some separation issues on the bottom. The corner of the mounting pad was hitting the body and was not flush like the other side. I called, Manal was friendly and told me to send pics but I never heard back. So I called and I was told, by someone else, that they DO have issues sometimes with fitment and that I can cut and reshape then re-bond with a JB weld... I was taken back, especially after spending $500 on a new bumper that I have to cut into rather than them sending another...

Also the phantom lenses only fit the rear quarters and not the front fenders on a 69 Camaro... I was told over the phone (when I called about the bumper) that they were aware of the issue... Why isn't this communicated on their site when you order them?

I was told to call Manal to set up the return. I have called back and emailed with no response...

After spending well over 50k on aftermarket parts for black my car, from many of the venders here, Anvil has been the hardest to communicate with. I understand there can be issues with aftermarket parts but at least every other company communicates and tries to makes it right when there is... I still have some hope that I will get my closeout panel and that I will get a response on a return of the lenses...

I never complain but I am disappointed. Especially every time someone inquires about the bumper and I have to explain how it didn't fit. I was planning to buy everything they have for my 2nd Camaro that I am building. I guess I'll wait to see how their Customer Service and product production weighs out.
Anvil saw my reply to this post and emailed me back this morning. They are setting up a refund on the phantom lenses and offered a refund on the bumper.
