It has been a while since I updated this...

I had 9 days straight to work on the sheetmetal and had to go back to work Tuesday.

I don't have allot to show as I had not expected how long it would take to cut 1 million spot welds

I started by cutting out the driver side floor pan, and toe kick.



I did some rust prevention using POR15 on the "so called" frame rail.



My transmission mounts were only spot welded on, I guess that how they did it in 1968. I ran some beads in several places so I didn't have to worry about ripping them off when I dump the clutch .



I set the floor pan and toe kick in place and did some more marking. I have not tacked them in yet because I need to make a pattern to use for tunnel replacement.
