OK gotcha on the foundation. I have a 30' span and my trusses were engineered
and seems like I had alot fewer inspections foundation, framing, electrical, roof? hell I dont remember - was like 4 or 5 max I do remeber talking with them about A/C and they said the windows needed to pass
WTH? its not living space and no running water. I did add a 2 ton window unit that is GREAT!
