What these guys are getting at is that you are asking for input on a problem that you are having. Several people have offered up that you should check what your fuel pressure is when the car dies.
You then ask for other tips but you have not said what the results on the fuel pressure were.
This should be a step by step process. Easy Stuff first. Fuel..
It sounds to me like you have a fuel issue, with the funny filling (You should fix that first) then the car dying. It could be a failing pump or something on those lines.
Check the fuel pressure first. If the Fuel pressure drops, you have other things to check. Is it mechanical or electrical. Then dig in from there.
If the fuel pressure does not drop on the corners or the stops, you have another issue, could be a bad tune or even a loose wire or terminal somewhere.
Fuel pressure gauge is easy to hook up especially if you have a regulator.....also, why not a vacuum referenced regulator? Not many tuners like those and they dont run as well without a manifold reference.
