I agree. I think just getting everything tacked and lots of small welds is best approach. This material can move around a lot. Also lots of small cuts and a ton of patience. If you don't have a band saw a recommend getting one I got a cheep harbor freight one and put a good lennox blade and worked perfect. Also for the extra $ put the v band clamps on I like having it come apart separate pieces. Now if I can just find a painter I will be set!
