good stuff and I can say I like it! your cheap like me which isn't bad. you made some good choices your door opener is same one I have in my shop I built in '12 - had to use that because of my ceiling design, you mentioned a quote of 900$ installed mine was $1400 but it included a 8'x16' door that was insulated as well - my installer said he had never installed one before and he said they were high guess if you call'em up and that's what you get charged for them-crazy.
