I was able to pill those lines together in the end, I just needed an extra set of hands to clamp while I held. I needed to pull up and push over at the same time and needed both hands. for the most part that is resting on the rear panel.
There is also a few areas on the lower part of the quarter panel that need worked in just a bit, some of the bends have just too wide of a radius and is holding the gap open.
