#1 - Cut the epoxy primer with 180 grit. You don't have to go to bare metal - but you do have to give the body filler something to grab on to!

#2 - Evercoat Rage Gold - best body filler there is.


#3 - There IS a proper way to mix the hardner in the filler. Do it wrong and you have a bunch of air in the mix which shows up and you have to deal with it. See if you can find some videos on YouTube etc to get how this is done. I will tell you that you don't "fold it over and over".




2: Seam sealer inside, Same question basically.



Do your seam sealer right over the top of your epoxy primer.





3: exterior seam sealer, Same



When you say "exterior" - what do you mean by that? You talking about the underbody areas?
