I also tried to install the banjo bolts from Sweet Peerformance today for my 4l85 the back one went on nice. I use a thicker aluminum crush washers to clock the hole in the banjo bolt to line up with the -6AN exit part of the fitting to help with flow as much as I could.
Then it was on th the front. I pulled the factory fitting out and tried the banjo fitting. It bottomed out before the crush washer was even close. So I measured the thread legnth against the factory fitting and found the problem. The bajo had quite a bit more thread then the original. I trie a thicker cruch washer but they didn't work.

Heres the differance.

With both crush washers this is how much space it had.

Sweet Performane is away until tomorrow so I'll get intouch with them and see what he says. I don't want to shorten it because it's Cad plated and I don't want a sliver to come loose and get in the trans.
