Just a list of the small things would be, if using an old radiator, the thermostat side of the waterpump is the inlet, as opposed to being an outlet like it is on almost all conventional small chevys and how the helms manual says it's an outlet etc... (thermostat side goes to the bottom of the radiator!) If gutting the power steering so you can have the pulley for the serpentine setup remember to leave the snap ring in place on the waterpump shaft housing and if you dont use an external snap ring as opposed to an internal and make sure the snap ring fits inside the recess of the metal piece that sits on top of the waterpump shaft, remember to bleed the cooling system and besides that just make sure everything is grounded.
It went pretty smoothly and we'd say it took about 45 days of work and could have been done in less had the weather for 30 of those days not been 30 degrees in an unheated open garage...
