I wanted to say I enjoyed meeting some of you in person, and actually being able to put a face to a post.

While lots of good info was to be had, the thing that struck me most, was when someone would ask to see what your working on, then we all stop, and then put on the reading glasses and start thumbing through pics on the phone. I'm not sure when I joined this club (I'm barely hanging on to my forties!), but it didn't really sneak up on me, so much as it hit me over the head with a sledge hammer. One day I could see, the next, reading glasses. So to all myopic cohorts, I enjoyed meeting you, look forward to your post, and even more to competing against you. Now I need to change the "cheater" in my welding hood to a 2.0 (from the 1.5), put the reading glasses on, and finish welding this cage.
