Your post expressing your "interest" does not constitute a very solid offer to purchase IMO. It typically represents the beginning of a discussion.
And the 12 hour "rule" is not something I have ever heard of either.
We just ask everyone to act responsibly, respectfully and timely when selling or buying items here.

I did send the Seller a PM, expressing interest, stating I'll take both items but wanted to verify that all header bolts were present. From the photo, the package is open.
