Car audio: Radio head unit without CD/DVD, touch screen, Android?
Is there a radio that doesnt have the CD/DVD tray? I mean, who uses CDs anymore anyway. Would like something not as deep, maybe with touch screen, Android based OS, that has USB connection, Bluetooth.....?
