Hello Craig,

I think leaf springs are under rated. They can perform well when the correct rates, shocks and a sway bar or watts link are added. They are also a lot less time consuming to install and less expensive as well. A 4 link is really just turning the rear suspension into a Chevelle rear suspension which isn't too much better. A 3 link is ideal but requires a lot of cutting and welding (unless I am missing some bolt on kit?) Torque arms are expensive but work nice.

What's your ultimate goal for the car as how it will be used and driven?

As for mini tubs... upon our research DSE has about the best out there.
