what LS? a cast iron truck block is heavy and that T56 weighs a ton, I would have started you at 550 lb spring from QA1 (spring weights from different companies work differently)

Rod I'm running speed tech tubular upper and lower control arms. Its an all aluminum LS1. What I did notice when I took the suspension apart was my lower control arms are really hard to move up and down. Could I have the lower arms too tight? Also I originally Had the adjustment all the way to the firmest setting. I backed it off and it rode much better. Reason why I'm all over this is because I'm replacing my lower ball joints and wanted to double check what coils I have in there. I gave QA1 a shout today and they recommended running the 350LBS springs. Not quite sure what to do at this point lol. Thanks for the help guys!!
