Contact MTI Racing, which is headquartered in Marrietta. They have leased some space in the Elliott Racing compound here in Dawsonville, and according to some friends of mine, have been doing extensive carbon stuff here. Ernie apparently has partnered with them on this venture. Hope this works out for you.
