Car is an 06 BMW M3. After talking to Mitchell at THR (seems the more I dug, the less he wanted to talk although he did seem to answer the questions I asked honestly.) & some carfax and dealer calls, it seems the car is worn out. If you are there, it would be nice to have a distant set of eyes look at it. Don't go out of your way, but if you are there, it couldn't hurt. Perhaps its not as bad as it seems.
