I had the same problem finding one. The place I bought mine from didn't sell these plugs, and other TKO vendors wouldn't sell one peice only.
The one I use is made by Calterm p/n 08692 "GM Multi-use sensor plug"
I have seen other manufactures making these on the rockauto.com site by searching for a '95 GM coolant temp sensor plug
