Mr steve,not many people would publicly apologize even if they KNEW they were wrong.i appreciate you extending the courtesy to me that i have always given others.We are working on a resolution with the shipper to help this customer recover his parts,even if we are not responsible.Its very unfortunate that our company had to be introduced into this forum in such a manner.If anything was taught to me out of this it is that there are still people with an active conscious in this world.And no ,I didnt call up and threaten him with the GREEK MAFIA.
