8.5" 10 bolt? If so then don't swap. The 8.5" 10 bolt is plenty strong enough, there's plenty of upgrades and ratios, and it's lighter than the 9". I'm running a well built 8.5" 10 bolt for all the reasons I just listed. I should be 4-450 rwhp and tq.

If it's not the same rear as what I have in my car, then I'm not sure or familiar enough with it to comment. Good luck.
